Admission information
The patient was a female, 86 years old, with a BMI of 18.5. He was admitted to the hospital because of upper abdominal pain for 2 months and aggravated for 1 week.
Past medical history
Hypertension for 8 years, regular oral medication, blood pressure controlled at 130/60mmHg; After 3 years of atrial fibrillation, radiofrequency ablation and left atrial appendage occlusion were performed in the external hospital.
Supplementary Examination
Gastroscopy: The mucosa of gastric antrum is rough, with malignant ulcerative lesions with a diameter of about 3cm on the anterior wall, white fur on the bottom, nodular hyperplasia on the uneven bottom, and active bleeding. The surrounding mucosa is irregular and bulging, forming a circular dike.
Pathology: adenocarcinoma.
Abdominal CT: uneven thickening of gastric wall at gastric antrum, small lymph nodes around stomach, consistent with the sign of gastric cancer.
